The article was about the Aora plant in Almeria Spain. The focus of the article was to introduce a new way of producing mass energy. A large tower stood over a hundred feet high contains a panel at the top. About fifty mirrors surround the tower focusing light onto the panel creating and intense solar ray. The heat then heats water in the tower and then spins a turbine producing a large amount of energy.The article clearly mentions that the plant is not harmful to the planet. This took place in the open space of Almeria Spain. This took place march 26Th 2012. This was made to have an alternative fuel source that produces a lot of energy and is safe for the planet.
I believe that the tower is a big stride in alternative energy sources that is safe for the planet. The most impressing part about it is that it's safe for our planet and does not emit any type of waste. The tower also does not endanger wildlife in the surrounding area. Since none of the materials a dangerous the tower is very safe to run, unlike a nuclear power plant. The water used to turn the turbine is also reused again and again. I believe that the future has come and this will be a better planet for all of us.
