Punnett Squares

Punnett squares is a method used to predict phenotypes of offspring. This process uses probability to determine the phenotypes. Also to find the genotypes either heterozygous and homozygous. Homozygous is when the two alleles are the same either recessive or dominant. Heterozygous is when the alleles are both dominant and recessive. I think this is an accurate way of telling physical traits of offspring. This method doesn't guaranteed the traits will occur but using probability is a good way of telling if it could or could not happen. This is why I think punnett squares are reliable and accurate.
