Coffee Linked to Longer Life

People who have been involved in a study showed that the more coffee you drink the less of a risk of dying. Mostly chronic diseases are what are prevented. Some still believe coffee is a good  thing and some don't. There are certain good sides to drinking coffee and there are also down sides. This happens to be another good reason to drink coffee. This study was to answer the question if coffee is good or bad for your health. This study is still sparking up debate. Some disagree with the results and some do.
I think it's interesting that people believe it's helpful, I always believe that it was hurtful because of the caffeine consumption which is bad for your heart. That is one of the negative attributes to coffee. The study showed that drinking a daily cup a day will not likely hurt your heath. This varies from person to person. But some have linked coffee to premature death and the caffeine might contribute heart disease, high blood, high cholesterol, and fast heart rate. Even though the study showed that a daily cup was not harmful, abuse of the drink can lead to many heath problems. Moderate drinking is a better alternative to abuse and can increase survival chances according to the studies.

Parental Depression

This article talks about how parental depression can affect their kids and how it can be caused by parenthood. When a child is born there is a new stress on the parents weather it be a medical condition or the new responsibility. This can lead to problems in the future for the kids. When a mother forgets the medical treatment for the child because she's depressed the child would end up in a hospital. Or if the parent is depressed the child might develop some symptoms as well. School work would struggle and more consequences come with it. This was discovered in a study by pediatricians. This would usually happen around child birth and parenthood with all the responsibilities it carries. This happens more often then not because the doctors and pediatricians aren't diagnosing it. The depression disturbs the rituals and routines that run a family and can break it apart. I feel that if the university's train there pediatricians and doctors in identification of depression they can save the family before it is too late. The article stated that depression is treatable. It also stated that they are not trained to diagnose depression. this means if they discover the depression early on even in it's late stages it can still be cured. With the simple training they could save many kids from the hospital, struggling school work, and future depression.
